Drone photography

Laser scanning

3D laser scanning is a process of capturing physical facilities’ geometry. This process provides a complete digital representation of the scanned objects to be used for feasibility study, engineering, prefabrication, and assembly processes.

The basic product of laser scanning - point cloud - can be directly used as a reference during the design process or it can serve as raw data for creation of corresponding accurate 3D CAD models, 2D drawings and other final products such as CapView images.

Design engineering

Capnor has a prefab dimensional control team that verifies prefabricated elements and installations, especially for facilities where extreme accuracy is required due to hazardous environment during installation or limited time for assembly on site (e.g. offshore facilities).

Prefab dimensional control should be executed at all stages of manufacturing.

Shaft alignment

Our company provides shaft alignment measurements and adjusting shafts between the driver and driven units with use of a laser.
