3D Scanning

By using the most advanced 3d Laser Scanners RTC360 delivered by Leica we can collect a short time big amount of data. As a Capnor we finalized a project which contains over 600 scans covering all oil rigs, ships, and refineries. We process collected data in software with full compatibility with hardware which allows us to deliver huge amounts of that in optimal time.

Dimensional Control

To ensure precision and efficiency in situations with time constraints or safety concerns, prefabricated parts or pipes are dimensioned, verified, and documented in the workshop. This helps minimize internal stresses and ensure compliance with industry standards. Our survey engineers have extensive experience collaborating with workshops to ensure that all prefabs, ranging from carbon steel to super duplex or titanium, meet quality standards and are guaranteed to be a perfect fit. The majority of work done by NORSOK standards is focused on the off-shore industry, which currently boasts a higher level of accuracy. We also conduct measurements on structural components and various types of equipment to verify their dimensions are consistent with the project specifications.
